Canine atopic dermatitis (DAC) is a chronic, itchy, relapsing disease with typical clinical manifestations, inherited genetically and often, but not always, associated with environmental IgE production. Atopic dogs require multimodal therapy including drugs (e.g., oclacitinib, cyclosporine), biologics (e.g., lokivetmab), and topical products. Can a nutraceutical be used in mild cases?
